Sweating for inner peace
I work out to be capable. I started caring about personal fitness over 10 years ago. I remember the morning vividly. I woke up at around 4:30am from a dead sleep. I was overweight, unhappy, and angry at the world. Tired. I recognized that heart disease, type II diabetes, and other illnesses were pervasive in my family. That morning I woke up and did my first morning workout. I have continued nearly every morning since. I committed to a daily regimen of fitness and healthy eating. I enjoy helping and motivating those around me.
I have been working to incorporate mental health, meditation, and general wellness into my daily routine.
