THANK YOU FOR INTEREST IN MY

BOOK

CYBER THREAT ACTOR ENGAGEMENT

I began writing about the uncommon practice of cyber threat actor engagement approximately two years ago. I had realized that our practice at GroupSense had found a very particular niche. I was spending much of my time managing a practice that regularly involved talking to or with threat actors. Of course, we are well known for our ability to negotiate with ransomware actors and similar cyber criminals as well. This book is a collection of science, technology, psychology, and real world anecdotes of the practice. If you are an experienced cyber security professional, a newbie to the industry, law enforcement, policy-maker, or simply a concerned executive, this book is for you. I have not yet titled the book, so I am open to ideas.  (I realize what I have just opened myself up to.). Special thanks to Richard Stiennon, and Jon DiMaggio who have provided priceless guidance on this journey.  Also, if the book sucks, it is their fault.  Cheers!
